During this critical moment where gender-affirming care and research is under attack at the federal level, we need Fenway Health to step up and support caregivers by giving us wage increases that we can live on. We have endured an ongoing short staffing crisis and gone nearly three years without any raises, impacting us and our ability to deliver consistent, quality care for our patients.
In order to protect the future of care at Fenway Health, the entire care team deserves the ability to thrive. We need Fenway CEO Shanks to address caregivers' concerns with a fair contract now!
We need higher wage increases and stable health insurance costs to ensure that we can provide for ourselves and our families. And we need a contract that values our contributions fairly, so that our center has the ability to retain and recruit staff.
